It is about the Troops, NOT the War.

It is suitable for use with tags such as #quote, #SOT, #Military, #Mil, #Navy, #USMC, #USAF, #Army, and #DoD where those tags are equally pertinent. However, partisan tags i.e. #TCOT are not considered appropriate in conjunction.
